ARHIS is recruiting for one of its clients, a major player in the industrial sector in Luxembourg.

As part of a team reinforcement, we are looking for a professional able to manage customer complaints and handle billing-related topics in an international environment.

You will join a Customer Service team and act as the main point of contact for customer requests, working closely with various internal departments.

Your responsibilities

• Manage customer complaints related to invoices, prices, quantities, deliveries, or contractual terms.
• Analyze customer requests and follow up until full resolution.
• Identify the root causes of discrepancies and coordinate corrective actions with the relevant departments (finance, logistics, sales, production…).
• Monitor payment blocks linked to customer disputes.
• Communicate with customers regarding potential penalties related to delivery delays or issues.
• Prepare and check the documents required for deliveries and billing.
• Ensure smooth communication with internal and external stakeholders.
• Contribute to monitoring customer satisfaction and to the continuous improvement of processes.
